Freediving coashing is for our students currently enrolled in a Freediving course who want more pool time before open water. Come and practice your skills and gain confidence and comfort in the water with extra practice before open water!
Already a certified freediver? Join a coaching session to improve your breath hold, finning techniques, rescue skills, and anything else you'd like to practice.
DETAILS & SCHEDULE
The is a in-pool only coaching session. You will meet staff at Eisenschimdt Pool in St. Helens.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our freediving instructors will use this time to work with you on any skills you'd like to practice and strengthen. These sessions are individualized to your goals, and will work with you on individual skills, rescue skills and give you more time in the water.
COST
$50.00. Rental fins: $10. Rental 3mm wetsuit: $30.
REQUIREMENTS
Current enrollment in Under Water Works Freediving Course, or freediving certification.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Pool time, Instructor time, lead weight.
