Students may sign up for additional open water weekends in order to complete the course.
MEDICAL RELEASES
All students must complete a Diver Medical Questionnaire prior to any in-water activities. "Yes" answers on questions 3, 5, or 10, or any "yes" answer on page two of the PADI provided medical release will require a release signed by a DO, MD, or PA. Inability to secure a signed release prior to in-water activities will result in course transfers with associated additional fees. Refunds are not available if a medical release is not secured, or if a DO, MD, or PA are unwilling to sign.
Find a copy of the required medical release here. DO, MD, and PA's must sign the provided form; we are unable to accept any other release.
MINIMUM COURSE ENROLLMENT
We must have a minimum of 6 students to hold a Basic Open Water Course. If we do not have 6 students sign up, we will move students to the next course that fits their schedule.
