REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, & MISSED CLASS INFO

Interested in a refund, class transfer, or did you miss a class? Please read through our instructions below so we can quickly and effectively help you! After looking through the below information, please email or call us with any remaining questions or concerns.

POSTPONING A COURSE AND/OR CHANGING DATES

  • Course deposits are non-refundable.

  • We have a 48 hour free change policy.  When you schedule your course, and pay the deposit or full course amount, you have 48 hours to change dates without any penalties.

  • After the initial 48 hours, if your course is 30+ days away, there will be a $50 course change fee to change either pool dates or open water dates.

  • 14-30 days before your course, there is a $175.00 course change fee to change either pool dates or open water dates. If both pool and open water dates need to be changed, the reschedule fee is $250.

  • 14 days or less change to the pool session date will result in a $325 reschedule fee.

  • 14 days or less change to the open water weekend date will result in a $200 reschedule fee.

OPEN WATER WEEKEND FAILURE TO COMPLETE

Once a student picks up rental equipment for a course's Open Water Weekend, no refunds will be granted regardless of the course outcomes or student performance.  If a student is unable to complete their course on the first open water weekend, payment of the rental for the following open water weekends ($125), plus $100 for another open water will be required to schedule subsequent open water dates.

MEDICAL RELEASES

If you’re taking a course that results in you getting into the pool, we must have a medical release filled out before you get in the pool. If you have any “yes” answers on your medical release, we need a release from a physician before you can get in the pool. If you need a medical release and don’t have one for your first night of class, you will have to postpone your course, and pay the coorespoinding fees.

MINIMUM COURSE ENROLLMENT

We must have a minimum of 6 students to hold a Basic Open Water Course.  If we do not have 6 students sign up, we will move students to the next course that fits their schedule.
