Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Dive Shop Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who appreciates diving and enjoys helping others discover the underwater world. As a Dive Shop Assistant, you will oversee in-shop sales of scuba and free diving courses and equipment, provide exceptional customer service, and support our mission to make diving accessible and enjoyable for all.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with selecting scuba and free diving equipment that suits their needs.

Provide information about diving courses and travel opportunities.

Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records.

Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Support dive equipment servicing operations as needed.

Promote a welcoming and knowledgeable environment that reflects our passion for diving.
Work Schedule:

Monday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Thursday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
-
Saturday: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Qualifications:
-
A passion for scuba diving or free diving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Customer service or retail experience is a plus.

Ability to learn quickly about diving equipment and courses.

Reliable and detail-oriented.

Our team of PADI instructors and dive enthusiasts is committed to sharing our knowledge and love of diving with our community.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic PADI Instructor to add to our team! Instructors will audit one complete course session, then co-teach until comfortable. After the introduction and training period, Instructors are encouraged to set their own class schedule and decide with shop staff what classes to teach and when.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach Basic Open Water, Advanced, Rescue, Divemaster, and Specialty level courses on pre-scheduled days.

Complete require student paperwork.

Fit students for confined water equipment (when necessary).

Transport equipment to and from confined water location.
Work Schedule:

Varied. Orientation sessions are scheduled mid week, 5:30-9pm. Confined water sessions can be scheduled on evenings or weekends. Open water typically on weekends, but options for midweek open water.
Qualifications:

Current PADI Scuba Instructor certification.

Current Emergency First Responder Instructor certification.

A passion for scuba diving and/or freediving.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable and detail-oriented.
